Conditions for Your Stay in our Apartments
BOOKING
Reservations must be made by persons of at least 18 years of age.
A reservation implies that you have read and accept all of the terms and conditions.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Apartments will be assigned and preferences satisfied depending on availability.
Arrivals, unless special agreements are made with Management, are from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Departures and check out are to be made before 11 a.m.
No reductions or reimbursements will be made if a customer does not arrive on the reserved date, or decides to postpone arrival, or to anticipate departure.
The arrival of a number of persons per apartment higher than that reserved in the booking (including children) must be communicated to Management at the time of check in. The number of guests must never exceed the maximum allowed in the apartment (4).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests will receive:
A 50% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if cancellation is made at least eight weeks before the start of the holiday; or
a 25% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if cancellation is made up to four weeks before the start of the holiday.
RENT INCLUSIONS
Rent includes the use of water, gas, electricity, Internet data and Wi-Fi. Management reserves the right to charge a supplementary utility fee if the amount used far exceeds normal usage.
RENT EXCLUSIONS
A one-time fee of 60 euro.
PETS
Dogs of small size are permitted, unless otherwise decided by Management. In case of disturbance or damage to people or property, Management reserves the right to expel guests earlier than their anticipated departure, without reimbursement.
SECURITY
It is the responsibility of guests to protect their own belongings. Management does not assume any responsibility for any personal belongings that the tenant has kept in the apartments.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
In anticipation of each guest, apartments are inspected, cleaned, furnished, and kitchens adequately equipped and inventoried. In the case of missing equipment, broken furniture, damages or malfunction, guests are obliged to inform Management immediately so that it can be fixed it in the shortest possible time.
All guests are requested to use the equipment and furniture only for the uses for which they have been designed; in particular it is not allowed to bring any object or equipment out of the apartment. In the case of damage to objects, equipment or furniture, caused by improper use and not normal wear and tear, the cost or repair will be detracted from the security deposit. In the case that the security deposit sum is not sufficient then a supplement will be charged.
During night hours all guests, both inside and outside the apartments, are asked to respect the tranquility of others and avoid making loud or irritating noises, on the premises, terraces, or the staircases, as much as possible.
Guests are kindly asked to always close and lock all windows in the apartment when leaving the apartment.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the case of unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control. natural or otherwise, that may require leaving the premises, Management will make every attempt to relocate guests, but refunds cannot be made. Should an occurrence prevent the arrival of a guest, a full refund will be made, but no other restitution will be made.
RUBBISH
Please don’t leave any rubbish outdoors. Stresa divides its trash to be collected and recycled on different days. Please follow the rubbish guidelines provided in the apartment.
SMOKING
No smoking is allowed inside the apartments.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with article 13 del D.L. 30.06.2003 n. 196, all sensitive and personal date of our clients will be treated according to the law and will not be shared or sold to other parties.
